Domestic Terms & Conditions 


Cancellations
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
If less notice is given, 50% charge of the booking cost applies. If I can't access the property at the scheduled time and no notice is given, 100% fee will be charged.

Payments
Full payment is due within 24 hours of service completion.
An invoice will be sent confirming the clean has been completed. After 3 late payments, prepayment for future services may be required, or the agreement may be terminated.

Health & Safety
If anyone in the household has a contagious illness or there is an infestation (fleas, rodents), please inform Clean Up Co before the scheduled clean. Clean Up Co will decide whether to proceed with the cleaning based on the situation.

Service Feedback & Damages
Any concerns or damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Pictures are to be provided, claims after this period will not be accepted. 

 Commercial Terms & Conditions 

 Service Agreement
By booking with Clean Up Co, you're agreeing to the service we've discussed — whether that's daily, weekly, or one-off cleans. Everything we do is based on what we've agreed beforehand, and we always aim to deliver high-quality, reliable service.

Access to Property
Please make sure we can access the building during the scheduled time. If we can't get in due to locks, alarms, or security issues, and haven’t been told ahead of time, the full service fee will still apply.

Payments
We’ll send out invoices on the 15th of each month for any work or services done during that period. Payments are due by the last working day of the same month the invoice is sent. Payments to be made by BACS.

Health & Safety
Please let us know if there are any health hazards on-site — that could include pest infestations, chemical exposure, illness, or renovations. We'll assess if it's safe for our team to proceed. Safety comes first.

Our Equipment
We bring our own equipment and cleaning products unless you’ve asked us to use something specific. We will require a safe and secure place of storage for our equipment to stay on site.

Damages & Issues
If something isn’t right or there’s a concern, let us know within 24 hours of the clean, pictures of issues/damage are to be provided.
We’ll do our best to fix it quickly
Claims made after the 24-hour window may not be accepted
We are not responsible for existing damage or wear-and-tear that becomes visible during cleaning

Ending the Agreement 
You can cancel ongoing services with 4 weeks notice, and we’ll do the same if needed. If there are consistent issues like non-payment or unsafe working conditions, we may end the agreement immediately.
